Cancellation Policy

Life happens for a Dink Diva, and you have to cancel, we get it!  Our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refundable less the 3.7% credit card processing fee up to 45 days prior to event, 50% refundable less the 3.7% credit card processing fee 30 to 44 days prior to event, and non-refundable within 30 days. We do recommend purchasing trip insurance.  You can order trip insurance here: https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/ or https://www.travelprotection.insure/.  Travel Insurance protects your retreat investment and pre-paid travel expenses related to camp.  Don't lose your investment due to an unforeseen event.
