Wine Tasting & Alpine Helen Experience

NOTE: This excursion can be booked at the event once playing groups have been determined. This two part excursion features a boutique winery visit and a self guided tour of one of Georgia's most visited tourist cities, Helen, GA. We will spend the first part of our trip at a wine tasting at Serenity Cellars in Cleveland GA. This family-owned boutique winery features Tuscan inspired wines and are known for their beautiful red blends and our dessert wines. Info: https://serenitycellars.com/ After about an hour at Serenity, we'll head to downtown Helen, Georgia for a self guided experience. This bustling alpine village set against a scenic backdrop of mountains, forests and river banks, you’ll feel as though you’ve been transported to the cobblestone streets of Germany’s famed Bamberg or Lindau as colorful shops dot the landscape and the heavenly aroma of authentic German fare takes to the breeze. The Helen Oktoberfest is the longest running Oktoberfest in the United States. The 2024 Helen Oktoberfest runs from September 5-8, 12-15, 19-22 and September 26 through October 27(daily).
