We are not a pickleball camp with a hundred players and a color-coded lanyard to show you what coaching group you're in. Most pickleball retreats are built for volume and scale, ours is built for you.

Dink Divas is intentionally, unapologetically small, on purpose. Something magical happens when you combine 16-24 women at one luxury remote mountain lodge, add in hours world-class instruction where the coach knows your name, and offer healthy food that is prepared by our amazing chef.

Size: We cap every retreat at 16–24 women. Competitors routinely host 48–80. That changes everything about your experience, from how much court time you get, to whether your coach remembers your name.

Coaching ratio: Our 8:1 player-to-coach ratio (often 4:1) means focused, personalized instruction at every session. At large retreats, you don't get to interact with the "main headliner pro". At Dink Divas, our lead pro works with you, gets to know you, and coaches you the entire time you're here!

Location: We're US-based in the North Georgia Mountains — no passport, no long flights, no hassle. Two hours from Atlanta, two hours from Greenville, SC.

Day 1 starts now: Many retreats skip coaching on arrival and departure days. We don't. You're here to improve, and we hit the ground running from the moment you arrive until the day you leave. We have coaching on the first and last day of our retreats.

Weatherproof: Indoor courts are always on standby. Rain never cancels a Dink Divas retreat.

We can split your retreat into 2 payments via check or credit card. Full payment must be made 75 days prior to arrival.

Life happens for a Dink Diva, and you have to cancel, we get it!  Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 61 or more days prior to event: $199 cancellation fee.

• Non-refundable within 60 days.

Typically, the weather patterns in North Georgia during the spring, summer, and fall are favorable for outdoor pickleball retreats with crystal blue skies, cool to warm mountain breezes, and amazing temperatures.

In the event of sustained rain events for several hours, Helen Indoor Pickleball is just 20 minutes away and we have them on standby! 

If it does rain, it is typically a passing shower in the late afternoon, then sunny. We own a VAPTR court drying system that can dry our courts in as little as 20 minutes. For more information on the VAPTR system, see the following link: https://www.vaptr.com/reviews

Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport (ATL) is the easiest for direct and less expensive flights. The airport is just over 2 hours from Bison View Lodge, depending on traffic it could take 30 to 45 minutes longer.  Atlanta rush hour starts at 3:30pm and continues to 7pm.

Greenville/Spartanburg (GSP) is also about 2 hours away. It's a smaller airport and easier to get in and out, but harder to find direct flights. The drive is scenic, with less traffic, and superior in every way.

We get asked a lot of questions about "what's the best room for me?" Once you register for the retreat we will contact you to help you pick out the perfect room for your stay based on availability.

Please note, If you are traveling alone and don't want to share a room, please don't purchase anything other than a single occupancy ticket. Double, triple, and quad occupancy tickets are for groups that know each other. We do not have a "roommate matching service". You can join our private Facebook group to find a roommate and then book the ticket you need. 

Wine is provided with dinner each night. We encourage you to bring any other type of alcoholic beverage if you would like to have it outside of dinner.

COFFEE / TEA: Coffee, half and half, sugar and an assortment of hot tea will be provided at with breakfast AND in your cabin's kitchen.

Iced tea, water, and assorted carbonated beverages will be available throughout the day. 

This isn't your typical tournament! We crank up our Dink Divas playlist and have SO...MUCH....FUN!

The pressure is off as you work on your skills in a fun and engaging way. Sometimes a great song comes on and people just stop and do a group dance on the courts.

It's one of the favorite evening activities of the entire retreat! Getting better together...laughing...high-fiving...and forgetting all of life's stressors for the game we've come to know and love.

Our 16 player retreats are the most intimate of them all. You will feel like you have the entire resort to yourself with you and your friends, yet when we gather together there is so much fun with 15 other incredible women!

16 player retreats offer longer coaching blocks with a 4:1 coach/player ratio.

Our 24 player retreats max out at 24 women and cost about 30% less than our 16 player retreats. You'll get a ton of coaching on our 24 player retreat, but the blocks are shorter since there are more people.
