Because of our event preparation, stays at Bison View Lodge the night before or after our fabulous retreats are unfortunately not possible.

Located on the Chatahoochee River and walking distance of several restaurants and coffee shops in Helen.
Food Recommendations
Located in the center of town and features mostly American food. Great burgers, we love the bison burger, especially sine you're stying at Bison View Lodge! Salads are also generous.

Believe it or not, some of the best sushi is found in Helen, GA. Who knew?! Consistently voted as a customer favorite, Spice 55 has sushi and Thai inspired dishes. Their orange chicken is to die for! And don't forget the coconut cake for dessert.

Cafe with vegetarian and vegan eats, a tea selection, and locally sourced ingredients, plus an herbal apothecary. This new eatery to Helen is taking fresh food to the next level. You will be glad you stopped in. Link here is to their Google Reviews.

Harvest Habersham - Reservations Required
Farm to table cuisine that is reasonably priced and so delicious. Usually books up a week ahead of time. Best place to get reservations is to messege them on Facebook HERE.
Worth A Stop Overnight
Dahlonega, GA
If you don't want to go all the way to Helen the night before, consider a stop in the quaint mountain town of Dahlonega, just 45 to 50 minutes from Bison View Lodge and a great scenic stop just over half way to the retreat.
Our favorite hotel is 27 on Park. Newly renovated in 2024, it has large beautiful suites exquisitely designed. It's right on the square and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and coffee!
